I wasn't offended in the slightest, just providing an alternate example of those who live at home. I'm more miffed with the cultural perception that we are all feckless. You aren't part of that problem at all.
I think it boils down to responsibility. How much is a person willing to take? I know a young man who lives on his parents' couch because it's all he can afford -- he's putting himself through college, and I'm so proud of him for what he's becoming. If anything, he's trying to bolster his family's finances by not being more of a burden.
